"unstuffed" stuffed cabbage
Combine the sauce ingredients in a 8 quart pot
2 bags of shredded green cabbage
½ cup of rice
1 ½cups of ketchup
1 can tomato sauce
¾ cup brown sugar
1 Tbls lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
6 cups of water
Bring to boil,then add the meatballs
3 or 4 pounds of ground meat
3 0r 4 eggs
1 large onion diced
¾ cup bread crumbs
2 tsp garlick powder
form the meatballs and drop into sauce to boil
or let cook for 1½ to 2 hours
