Chanie Perlmuter's fruit filled cake

3 eggs
1 cup oil
1¼ cup sugar
2¾ cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup juice
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon rind

Topping:
½ stick margarine
¼ cup sugar
½ cup flour
½ tsp. cinnamon

Filling:
Whatever you heart desires
(Blueberry’s, cherries)

Bake @
350 for 55 Minutes

Directions:

Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased 9X13 pan.

then layer ontop your filling canned blueberries, cherries etc.

{PERSONAL OPINION -THE BEST FILLING IS FRESH BLUEBERRIES THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED AND DRIED.}

Next, pour the rest of the batter ontop of the filling

Sprinkle on the crumbs

Then follow baking directions
